Awesome suite with nice kitchenette, which includes a microwave, stove top, refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. A large vanity for all of your personal items and a separate room for toilet and shower.

Although this hotel could use a facelift, it was clean. Breakfast was good with a good variety, shuttle was on time and got us to the airport when we needed to be there. This was a hotel that was used to having many cruisers staying either the night before the cruise or waiting to go home the next day. The only negative thing I have to say is the evening front desk clerk was more interested in her phone then being helpful with printing off our boarding passes.

I’ve stayed twice in the past month and had a great experience both times. Elicia was super kind, knowledgeable and helpful during my second stay. The breakfast was also delicious. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Overall it was a great hotel for the one night we needed. The carpet to the elevator needs help…maybe should be tile due to the traffic. The two ladies at the front desk were rockstars this morning! I couldn’t get my cruise stuff to print and they helped me out and didn’t make me feel like an idiot! They were both very pleasant and patient considering how busy they were! Sorry I didn’t get their names.

I was hesitant to stay here at first given some of the reviews but my stay was pleasant. Check in was quick easy and staff was polite and professional. Parking was right outside the hotel self-service and you get a parking pass for your dash. The room was very clean you could tell it's an older hotel but my only issue with some rust I saw in the shower head. The commute was easy over to Hard Rock to see Dave Chappelle perform. I only stayed for a night but I really enjoyed my stay and I would come here again for a quick getaway. Breakfast was delicious and whatever they put in the waffle mix that had the vanilla flavoring was amazing.

Our flight was a red eye flight. We got to our hotel at 9am. They were totally full the night before. No rooms available for is at 9am. They worked with us and were very friendly. By 1223 they had cleaned our room and we went to get a nap. Plenty of places to eat very close. Great customer service.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Very close to the airport and not too far from the cruise port. I arrived early and my room was ready! The ladies at the desk made me feel like a valuable customer. I definitely recommend this hotel. Great part about it, they offer a real free breakfast

This was a good hotel. There were no issues. We stayed and used their shuttle service from the airport and then again to the cruise port the next day for a fee of just $15 per person. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Rooms: Are a bit dated, but spacious and clean. Can’t complain too much. Had a refrigerator and kitchenette.
Amenities: Hotel has an outdoor pool. Within walking distance to Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks, TJ Maxx, and more.
Overall, good hotel with nice services and within close proximity to plenty of amenities, airport, cruise terminal, etc. for an affordable price.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. The room was immaculate and smelled so clean. The front desk staff was amazing! The location is perfect, close to everything. Only one thing, our shower gel bottle was empty! LOL We’re definitely staying there again in the future.

After a stressful day dealing with Delta at the airport they sent us to this hotel which was kind of far from the Miami Airport but staff was really nice to us even at 2am. The room was big and quiet so we slept great and the breakfast was great as well, lots of waffle toppings. We took the airport shuttle by mistake thinking it was to MIA because we didn’t know there was an airport at Fort Lauderdale, still the driver and front desk were offering help to call an uber or taxi for us. Great overall.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was fast. Everyone was friendly. We booked a suite and it was clean and spacious. Breakfast was 7/10, nothing super fancy but tasty, and the area was kept clean and well stocked.

It was a good place to stay before our cruise. The desk staff were OUTSTANDING. The desk supervisor was an incredible young lady. I can't say enough how she handled some very rude and unruly guests. Just wanted to give a big shout out to the staff of this Hampton Inn. Great job.
