Hilton Charlotte Executive Park

They've recently went through renovation and it's nice. The lounge & bar is also a nice place to hang out. Beautiful setting.

I must say that I stayed in many hotels around though I enjoy more in Hilton. The staff particularly whom I met at front desk, Michael was outstanding. Knowing that coffee was not available in the room and I could have gone down though he joyfully came upstairs 7th floor. I believe the customer service standards in Hilton are top notch.

This place was great. The staff was friendly and professional. They have a free shuttle from the airport. I liked the clean modern room decor. The meeting rooms were also great. This place provided a great experience. I definitely recommend this place.

Your team took GREAT care of me, from transportation from the airport, checking in, fantastic breakfast, housekeeping & even your maintenance crew! You team went over & above. The beauty of it was that they are simply kind souls at heart!!!

Tourism & hospitality have been a huge client base of mine for 25 years & I recognize how hard things still are since COVID & a short staffed workforce. Your team shines and I cannot express my gratitude enough!!!

I had such a beautiful stay for my business trip at Hilton Executive Park. Staff were very nice, the rooms were clean/cozy & there’s a convenient shuttle to & from the airport. Perfect ! ❤️

My Siblings along with My self stayed here on our visit from Brooklyn. We were in town for my Niece Sweet Sixteen. The Rooms were very nice and clean. The Customer Service is so Awesome, Julia check us in along with her Brother and they made for a Complimentary Sibling Duo. Being from NYC I was Very impressed with the hotel. Will definitely come back when visiting My Niece here in Charlotte.

We had a very long travel day where American Airlines cancelled our connecting flight and last minute had to stay overnight in Charlotte. I really want to shout out the incredible experience Joe Kraft at the reception desk provided. He was swamped but made sure the shuttle came to pick us up at the airport, he was super helpful getting us checked in and accommodating our specific needs. He was seriously the best to work with! The room itself was very clean and comfortable and all the staff we interacted with was amazing.

We loved our stay! Special shout out to Tiffany who delivered stellar customer service and went above and beyond to make our stay really enjoyable! Clean and comfortable rooms. Great fitness center. We miss the usual breakfast, but under the circumstances, we were provided with a great substitute! Would definitely return!

We were there for a holiday party. The waitress staff was an older lady and was absolutely amazing and soooo sweet. The buffet ran out of food and deserts and took a while to get food back in there so not everyone was able to eat when everyone else did. But the food was great. The location was very clean. Can't wait to come back and stay there

Clean rm, was on top flr. Used the gym n was decent for this hotel. Friendly front staff the few times I had interaction w/ them since I used this time to really relax n lay in the bed 🤷🏾‍♀️. The location is ideal since there are many restaurants driving distance and it's a hop, skip n jump away from Uptown area.... honestly can't go wrong w/ staying here.... parking is FREE!!!

Great hotel, nice front desk folks. My only con was how loud the ice maker was in the hall WAY DOWN from us. You definitely could hear it. Very clean and nice, good parking choices.

Went out clubbing that night and booked it last minute and what can I say? The staff was very friendly! Only issue I had was the room key didn’t work but they got it fix ASAP! The bed was super comfortable! The room was clean!!!

Clean easy access. Was quiet. We didn't spend a lot of time here four to game activities.

I arrived to this hotel with a voucher from missing a flight, so it was tired and unprepared. Once I called the number from the airport, I was greeted kindly over the phone and told the shuttle was already on its way. It arrived promptly and the driver very professional. Once I arrived to the hotel they had all hygienic products on the front desk and water for free. I was incredibly happy to see that! They even informed us they were keeping the bar and lounge open for us to eat. Check in was easy and they even set up my morning shuttle. I don’t think a hotel stay could have gone more perfectly. Can’t recommend it enough.

Solid hotel with friendly staff. They have a restaurant which has surprisingly good food. Bar is nice and can get pretty busy.

Hotel rooms are suites. Spacious and very well kempt. Customer service is excellent. So much fun things to do around. Shuttle drop off and pick up is prompt. Highly recommended.

The hotel and it's staff were nice. The room was clean and had what we needed. I chose this hotel for the restaurant/bar and pool which were both closed so that was a bit disappointing. The air conditioner in the room was LOUD. Also cigarette butts on the courtyard ground. Breakfast was nice to wake up to! We stayed with our 2 children and felt safe here.

This is my 2nd time at this hotel and I love it more and more each time. This place feels like home away from home. I appreciate the staff who has been working so hard each and everyday especially Michael at front desk who has brought so much joy to my visit. The hotel and staff was very pleasant. The only problem I have is that there was not complimentary breakfast but instead breakfast was $20.00 per person. I wouldn't have mind paying that if there were better options. Not everyone eat pork, so turkey or chicken options should be available. I did ask but the waiter said it wasn't available.

Place is nice.. van took extra long time for airport pick up, claiming traffic.. there was no traffic. But over all its very nice.

The staff is so kind and accommodating! The hotel was very nice and clean. My room was spacious and had a lovely large window to look out over the pool. My friend and I had a great time there.

The hotel was nice I was there for 5 days and never got my room clean I did understand that you were short staff for housekeeping so that was ok, and I was looking forward to a hot breakfast and there was not one, but once again short-staffed because of the pandemic the room was good and the front desk staff was very good, very helpful, very friendly I would stay again with a hot breakfast 😆

I was a little disappointed that I could not get a shuttle, but i set my diamond status ego aside and got over it. Normally they do have shuttle service, but the pandemic has caused a few adjustments. Staff is friendly and the place was clean. A few nice restaurants in walking distance. I'd stay there again.

Hilton Charlotte was great. After bad weather flight cancellations. Hilton picked us up. Restaurant was open at 10:45pm so we had a relaxing meal. Clean comfortable beds. Shuttle back to the airport at 6am. Thank you

I had a last-minute meeting come up that required a private meeting room. The team at the Hotel was super friendly and accommodating (I wasn't even staying there). We had a productive meeting in a joyful environment. Extra kudos to Ester, she was amazing, got everything organized at the last minute, and maintained a great attitude. A true professional in her field. THANK YOU, folks!

My room was spacious! Comfortable to work in during the day, and cozy enough to enjoy evening rest and relaxation. I was comfortable w/c19 measures of cleanliness and protocols. ( We had minor issues w/my AC, but a maintenance tech was very attentive and on it right away ! ) Would love to stay here again.

The Church of Christ had their North Carolina State lectureship there. The hotel was beautiful, employees great. Everyone there had a good time the Hilton was right on time today. Look forward to more events being at that hotel.

Nice place to stay. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the hotel staff were great.

We hosted an event for around 200 people here for the 3rd year in a row. The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. Rebecca and Tiffany helped us plan and organize, they were on top of everything and responded quickly any time we had questions or concerns. During the night Mike helped us set everything up perfectly. I had some last minute changes and he didn't hesitate to help make them. Esther and the rest of the crew were on top of everything and were SO kind, we had our guests comment to us about how wonderful they all did. Not to mention, the food was delicious!! Knowing your venue is high quality and dependable makes all the difference in putting on an event. We will always look here first!

No complaints here. Rooms were clean bed was comfortable. Loved the water wall across from the front desk in the lobby and the staff was amazing. Super friendly and very helpful when needed.... And a big thanks to mike for fixing the room mix up. Your awesome!!!

Nice hotel. Very clean. They had to change my room because my refrigerator didn't work. They were very nice and have me a new room with a working refrigerator. They also have me a complimentary grab and go breakfast card for me troubles. The location of the hotel was great. I was only 15 minutes away from most places I needed to go.

I have stayed at a ton of Hilton Hotels but this stay has been more than memorable!! First off in the land of COVID-19 you could absolutely eat off the floor in any commons area of this Hotel-it's amazingly clean and decorated for Christmas to the hilt (props to the decorator). Staying at most Hiltons is nice but thats not why I am writing this review.....I am writing this review because of really one thing..."THE PEOPLE". Tiffany greeted me at the front desk after a hard drive with such an amazing smile and got me checked in with such hospitality. She was amazingly sweet and courteous and made me feel like I was the only guest at her hotel. Keri took great care of me during Christmas week and her smile and graciousness was just so heartwarming. She was very knowledgeable of the area and was just so willing to help in all that I needed. A big THANK YOU is also deserving of Michael who shuttled me to where I needed to go. A true professional who went the extra mile and when a couple of things occurred I needed help with, he went the extra mile for me (not in his job description and Not what he had to do)but he did and I am truly appreciative to him and the entire team at this Hilton.



Stay Here you will not be disappointed. Ms. Decker please take note - The People are what make your Hotel incredible they are not the only thing the facility and the rooms are wonderful and everything here is very very nice but the big reason I will always stay here is because of the people!!

The front desk manager Mr. Michael Christian was friendly and helped with an upgrade to our wonderful room. Excellent customer service and the room was exceptionally clean. Loved our stay.

This property is being managed excellently. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and Property Management are all top-notch. This is a good location four venues within greater Charlotte.

I came to visit my daughter and was scared to stay in a hotel with the Covid risk, but I took a chance. My room is clean, the building is clean and nice. The restaurant is nice although closed because of Covid. If you are use to business travel, and Hilton type hotels, you won’t be disappointed.

Very good service, friendly helpful staff. Walking distance to a few restaurants and gas station convenience store.

My wife and I were delayed on our honeymoon by 2 days and were treated better than we could have ever imagined. This hotel made us feel every special even when we missed 2 days at our resort in Fiji. The GM personally set us up in a room, had the chef cook us a 4 course lunch and were extremely hospitable. Couldn’t have asked for a better start to our honeymoon. Thank you all!

Just had to rave about the amazing customer service here. The airport shuttle wasn’t available for me for whatever reason, so the person managing the front desk scheduled me a cab for 3 am, which is when I wanted my shuttle to catch my flight. Unfortunately the cab company wasn’t very communicative and was an hour late, but the woman helping me at the hotel was wonderful through it all! She stayed on their case advocating for me and waited with me to make sure I was okay and got my ride. I just wish I remembered her name. Started with an M I believe but I could be wrong. I also just have to say that thanks to her I didn’t miss my flight! She was so stressed for me so I hope she sees this. Truly a professional and so kind, when she was already having a rough night right before New Years Eve!! The other staff were great as well and I’d stay here again for the people alone. That is what sets a hotel apart, and she deserves a raise. (But that’s just my two cents.)

And the Shuttle driver that night attempt to assist in finding a store open that we could purchase diapers and other needs but due to the pandemic everything was closed. We were able to get out to a store the first thing the next morning. Just amazing how helpful this staff was to everyone walking through those doors that night.

Easy check-in process. Disinfectant materials readily available. Not many luggage carts available. Checked me out of my room a day early and I couldn't get into my room late at night, but the issue was corrected asap. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Lovely place. Good location. Beds are very comfortable and room is generous. I felt very safe walking my dog around here. Be aware there is not a fridge or microwave in the room. There are 2 community microwaves in the lobby. If you book a pet package which allows your dog to stay also, the front desk is unaware of it so you won't get the perks that go along with it. Easy contactless entry and booking with the app. Will stay again next year when traveling from south to north.
