Upon arrival, enter the parking lot to the check-in area, where an agent will take your vehicle’s keys. The agent will help you with your luggage. You simply board the airport shuttle for a brief ride to Charlotte-Douglas Airport (CLT).

Best in area at reasonable price. Highly favored. Very clean and tidy. If the other visitors were more respectful of others I would have 0 complaints but the way of the world is not the hotels fault. I will be back. They keep the outside free of trash and liter.

Budget hotel with some better experience than other similar. Didn't check breakfast if it was, has shuttle service than in other airports need to pay for taxi. And their staff it's helpful despite being with a lot of customers. Also Spanish language is welcome and always is helpful. I will repeat.

American Airlines messed up so they paid for our room here. Better than sleeping on the airport floor! Front desk was helpful. Room was small but clean. Mattress was firm, sheets crisp, TV worked, shower spotless. Clock radio was thankfully broken (I used my phone). Had all I needed PLUS free airport shuttle. Left too early to experience their breakfast.

American Airlines offered me a comped room here due to a flight delay.
Room was "micro" in size but appeared to be newly finished. Nice LG TV on wall, plus a microwave and fridge. Not a vacation destination but perfectly fine to get rested before a flight!! 🤗

We have read some very bad reviews about this location, but after taking a chance as it was in the location we needed a short notice stop, we were very surprised by some of the negative things people wrote.
The room was exactly what you would expect from a Microtel, small, neat and comfortable with comfy bed. Clean and nice bathroom with plenty of hot water and towels.
Front desk service young lady was very nice and helpful. A very pleasant stop and would certainly stay again.
Only down size was no breakfast at the moment, but it's not a deal breaker for us.

Very clean hotel with superb customer service. We forgot something extremely important in our room and realized right after the shuttle dropped us off—within 10 minutes they had delivered it to us at the airport and have them to thank for us making our flight on time. Will 10/10 book again.

Small but modern and clean. Walls sound penitrates so be aware if a light sleeper. Friendly staff, some restaurants within walking distance, safe neighbourhood, and close to airport. Free shuttle starts at 5 am and runs each hour.

Our room was Clean and comfy. We had a great nights sleep. Staff was very accommodating as our flight was delayed overnight. They have a free breakfast and a shuttle to the airport. The only thing that was missing was a restaurant/ bar and grill in walking distance. It’s located back in there.

Due to my flight being delayed and after a very long day, I was comped a stay here. The bed was comfy enough, the temp was nice and not hot, which is usually a problem for me for the 7 hours I was there. The amazing part!!! Was that on my rush out the door I accidentally left my shoes. I called the front desk a couple days later and Sylvia was an amazing help!! She found my shoes and instructed me on how to get them back to me!! Customer service was AMAZING!! Thank you Sylvia!!

So clean! Flight got delayed so the airline booked this hotel was Leary of the reviews. Stayed in rm 108. Was fantastic! Front desk was very helpful and caring. Would come here again if ever in the area. Ac cold , showers clean, great water pressure, bed is comfy, many outlets to charge devices, no dust in room, ac filters were clean I can go on and on on how perfect my stay was at this hotel, very quiet for a good night rest. thank you!

The rooms are nice the breakfast is a nice little variety. The service is good. Also, if you have any questions or need anything you call you will get it. The location is nice. A waffle house is right there at the highway. It’s right there.

Our flights from Charlotte to Columbus were canceled due to an unknown issue, so American Airlines gave us a hotel near the airport. It was a small hotel and good for a one-night stay, but I would not recommend it for families. And rooms are very small

There were a lot of bad reviews on this location so we were nervous entering, but it was all just fine. Rooms were small, but what else do you want from a microtel? Room was clean, bathroom was clean, we got enough sleep before our flight. Staff was very nice and courteous. Airport shuttle was nice as well!

I was pretty satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable. It was not well stocked: no soap, one wash cloth. The shuttle took a little long to get to the airport and breakfast is not served until after the first two shuttles leave. It’s near a Waffle House, a nice Ichiban restaurant, a Cracker Barrel anda little hood convenience store. It’s not a bad option.

Stayed 1 night with my 10 year old son. Booked through Park Fly Sleep. They shuttled us to & from the airport with no problems. My car safely stayed there for 9 days while we were gone. The room was small but exceptionally clean and comfortable. They were very polite & helpful at the desk. I would definitely stay here again.

Had to stay here because my flight was canceled. They really came through with the transport to and from the airport. I shared a room with my mother and it was very cozy, the bathrooms were very clean. We only had one small issue with the service but overall we had a great night stay.

Rooms are definitely clean! Super small, but comfortable. The bed was cozy, and staff was very friendly. I suggest booking on Priceline were you can save money as it is more expensive at the hotel to book. Low deposit. They except cash deposits too which is rare nowadays. Cleaning staff is really loud in the morning starting at 8:30, but once I asked them to lower their voices it was great. They staff doesn’t mess around when it comes to noise in the rooms which is awesome. So this is definitely a place I would recommend for a last minute stop, or if you’re on a budget.

Overall was pretty okay, unfortunately when we went the laundry service was out of order. There was a sign that had ice machine on 1st floor. But then they told us it was on the 3rd floor? We requested our trashcan to be taken out & they told us we had to bring it down ourself. The wifi was good. Everything was pretty clean. However the bathroom light would flicker after being on more than 5 mins. I expected a bit more for the breakfast, but not too bad.

Very nice place to stay at, the parking lot was very well lit and very easy to get in and out of. Very clean rooms, very spacious and lots of amenities if needed. The room is it by far the best very well designed and very well made up.

I just want to share some love for how I was treated here. Came in from a delayed flight that caused me to miss my connection. AA was good enough to send me here for the night but because the way the flight was booked I couldn't get the voucher. When I threw a bunch of credit cards down to just get a room and get to sleep and was on the verge of tears because i was sooo incredibly tired (I manly enough to admit it) the folks at the desk managed to check me in and figure it out. Seriously. It meant so much that they could see my frustration and yet weren't condescending and offered better service than I've received at high end hotels. The rooms are good enough and super clear for what you're getting, but seriously, it's the service that ALWAYS makes the difference. Thank you! I might be a hilton customer but ill be sure to stay here if I ever have to overnight in CLT again.

Our first stay at hotel. Chose location in order to leave car and shuttle to airport. Front desk clerk was clueless on making a reservation so did that online.
The room was clean and very nice walk in shower. Did not eat anything there and strange no coffee pot in room.
Would recommend for airport travel.

Its very place we stayed here because of our flight was delayed and they sent us here. The hostesses up front was very nice and everything. The room itself was nice and the bed was great just all the lights that are in the room and come in under the door. The shower room was great just not much water pressure. We was put next to the ice machine and the breakfast area so we got woke up by a bunch of kids getting their breakfast. Only had a few hours of sleep would have been nice to sleep 30 more minutes because the bed was very nice.

I'm a truck driver, been staying here while my trucks in the shop. Rooms are beautifully renovated, clean, beds are comfortable, and Tina at the front desk is wonderful.

Got here because our flight was severely delayed. The place was nice. I was worried it would be sketchy but it was clean and the front desk people were nice. There was free breakfast and free coffee in the reception. The beds were really soft and we had access to everything we needed.
Because an entire flights passengers were moved there to stay, the shuttle was packed. The hotel opened the shuttle early that morning and helped us all get there on time - thank goodness.
The shuttle drivers were also super friendly.
We had a large party of 6 and he made sure we were together and mentally prepared a list to get all travelers where the needed to go on time both to and from the airport.

I got dumped here after American Airlines abandoned me and about 50 other passengers for the night. I was honestly grateful to just see a bed, so I couldn't complain much.
It's not a high-end spot but good enough to get a few minutes sleep.

Reviews can be very miss leading. I am super happy I booked this Microtel! Good staff with cool attitude! Clean rooms. Experience no problems. Conventional places to eat nearby and close proximity to the airport. Definitely will stay again!

They have a mini store on site. Which is always good. An ice cold soda late at night without leaving the hotel is a plus. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. I took pictures. This was a queen room. I was impressed. There was a lounging couch in the window. The cushion was soft and comfy too. The room was quiet even though ppl were talking outside in the hallway. The water pressure was great for showers. The water was refreshingly hot. I had a late check in and it went smooth. I will stay again next time I'm in Charlotte

Stayed here for a night due to a missed connection. Price was low, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and everything went smoothly. Breakfast was limited (cereal, weak coffee, a waffle maker, maybe a couple other things) but adequate. Staff was polite.
I didn't take the shuttle there (forgot to reserve), but did see it show up at the airport as I was walking tot he taxi stand. Took the shuttle to the airport in the morning: it left on time and the driver was courteous. The car was a little worse for wear on the inside, but it wasn't at all unsafe or unreasonably dirty.
For what I paid, this hotel get 5 stars. Exactly what I was looking for.

It is nothing amazing, but felt clean and safe.
For the price, it is a good option for a night before a plane flight. The front desk was friendly and felt fair.
The reviews are true, sound is a problem. I have a heavy sleep so it did not bother me, but you could listen to every single noise in a 100 miles radius.
