I am a regular user of park n fly. I book online, park quickly, get picked up by their van right away, and make it to the airport in minutes. On return same drill -- quick pick up from my arrival terminal and I am on my way home fast. Really friendly staff too!

This was my first experience with Park 'N Fly of San Diego and everything was great! I even thought I lost my keys on the van and was able to contact you at 4:30 AM and speak to a man who was extremely helpful. As it turned out, I hadn't lost the keys, but just the thought that I was able to get someone on the line and that they called me back as they promised was awesome. Also, the booth attendant at checkout was friendly and efficient. Thanks for the great service.

I got back late at night and the driver Luis was there within a minute. Luis was exceptional! So friendly (especially for being late at night!) and personable. He helped me load and unload my luggage right to my car. I didn't have the right cash to tip (my bad) and he was so gracious and didn't bat an eye. I have tried several airport parking facilities in town when I travel for work and I will definitely go there again, hope Luis is my driver, and make up for the tip! Thanks Luis I hope your managers see this review!!

It's funny the last two times we traveled the airline was a terrible problem. 12 hours delayed in Dallas. Then last week 5 hours delayed and a cancellation right here in San Diego. Bad luck? Who knows, who cares. The industry is not perfect and we all know that. Delays, cancellations consolidations and now road work at the airport. Travelling sucks! Too many people going too many places. We all want to be where we want to be with no regard for anybody else. With so many people there are bound to be problems. Park and Go is not perfect but we try. We serve hundreds of people every day. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Holidays included. Its not easy! Not for us and not for the other service providers. So give it a break. Calm down and realize that we are doing the best we can. - Management

Booking parking at lot 1 for SAN is the best use of vacation or business dollars. Great value, customer service, and peace of mind!

This time there was a van waiting at the lot when I arrived. When. I was walking out of the terminal on my return I called and barely had to wait at all. This is a VAST improvement from my last experience here. They said they've hired more drivers since then.



Previously, I'd waited for over 15 minutes to leave the lot and get picked up from the airport each. Sitting around watching multiple shuttles from other parking lots was not a good way to end a trip.



I would recommend a way to approximate how long the wait times are. When I called I asked the operator and he had no idea how to even check how long it would take to get me picked up from the American Airlines terminal.

Easy and fast service, always answering phone calls for any question that you have. A+ for a great service.

I was impressed how prompt the service was. I just finished parking when the shuttle picked me up at the car. The driver was helpful and very polite. On our return the shuttle was there waiting and ready to go. He took us right to our car. I was in and out of the airport as efficient as could be. Thanks again for the great service. What a great way to go.
