I don’t typically fly out of Newark, first time in a few years I was scrambling looking for parking lots with decent reviews. I used Victoria parking and parked there for six days. Arrived around 5-530A.M. And the shuttle was at my car before I even got my luggage out of the car. When I arrived back at the airport and called to request a pick up they were there within 10 minutes. Will definitely return when flying out of Newark! The drivers were also very helpful as I had a 4 year old, two backpacks and a checked in bag.

My husband booked parking for an entire week. The shuttle service was spectacular didn't have to wait to be dropped off or picked up either way. The shuttle was very clean and smelled very nice. The drivers were both very courteous. Will definitely use this service again and will highly recommend

On paper looks good. You go, scan your QR code, the gate goes up, and .. that is where the happiness ends ...you will go rounds and rounds without finding a parking spot. They simply oversell it. They want to be accommodating and give you a valet service but... that is not what you wanted. Sadly, there is no way around it, you can wait and wait but nothing opens up. Frustrated, you pass on the key of your vehicle to a stranger, you board the small bus and go on to your terminal. Why do I give them a four star? All but the overselling is well organized. I will let you know when I come back if I have any surprises about my car.

I used this parking lot at the end of July and it was a god send. Lots of the parking lots for airports are super sketchy and I was really nervous, but this one is awesome.
Paid ahead of time online, QR code worked to get in the gate and found a spot. The bus was circling looking for people and picked me up immediately. The driver was amazing and helped me with bags and luckily had change for tip. Upon returning, the website has all the information for pick up so I went to my spot, called them and they immediately picked up the phone and told me the bus was on the way. Within minutes, I was back on the bus and headed right back to my spot. They dropped me off to my car again and helped with my luggage. No issues at all, car was in the same condition I brought it in. Easiest and smoothest parking experience ever.
I will forever use this parking lot.

I just found Victoria Parking to use as I was staying a week in Jamaica. I never had to park near the airport before I moved as I am so used to Uber. Finding it was easy and going through the entrance was easy. The lot was full so I had to leave my key for valet. No biggie. The greeter and person who helped me with my luggage were very polite and kind. The drivers to and from the airport were kind. Shoutout to driver Michael for his engaging personality while taking the ride. The process was smooth and I will definitely be using this for my next trio at the end of September. We used Victoria Parking lot for our long term parking needs when flying out of Newark Airport to Jamaica for a week. I just say that the process was seamless and smooth! The shuttle was there to get us to the airport on time easily. The driver was pleasant, helped us with all of our bags, and drive safely. On the way back, when we called the number for return service, the shuttle was waiting for us by the time we got our bags to the rendezvous point. Again, the driver was courteous and kind. This is a gem of a place if you're planning to travel from the Newark Airport. You can pay before getting there for an extra discount, take the shuttle and they will take you to your Terminal. It's convenient and cheaper than other parking lots. I would recommend it to others.

Parked there for the first time and had a great experience. As soon as we parked a shuttle came down our aisle and picked us up as we were walking towards the office. We used way to pay and it was one of the more affordable lots. We had the same good experience upon arrival, picked up within 10 min from the airport and dropped off right at our car...friendly and prompt door to door service. I will definitely use again.

10/10 experience. Prepaid the rate on their website a day before my booking start and the rate was very competitive and a lot cheaper than parking at The Parking Spot, which is close by.
The gates have QR codes so it's easy to self-service in and out. After getting inside, someone usually will direct you what section has open spots. If nobody is available to direct, your best bet would be to park where you see the shuttle bus in the lot because that's where others have found parking or are leaving their spots.
After parking, you keep your keys and hop on the shuttle bus to the airport. Usually the shuttle bus will hang around for a few minutes to pickup as many people as possible before heading to the terminals (starting with A and ending with C) so if you're in a hurry to get to your terminal, parking off-airport probably isn't the best idea. In my experience, it took about 15 minutes from the time I got on the bus to the time I got off at Terminal C. I can see there potentially being issues if many customers were either waiting to get on or off the shuttle and there aren't enough seats and people had to wait for the next shuttle to arrive, but both my departing and arrival shuttle had enough seating for everyone. Upon return, you can either call their dispatch or request a shuttle by tapping a button on their website if you have your reservation page opened.
Be careful of potholes in the lot, there seemed to be many of them and some were quite deep. Also it was a little difficult to find the parking lot exit as there weren't many signs to help with way-finding, but it didn't take long to figure out. Scanning the same barcode I scanned in with opened the gate for me to leave.

The shuttle service was outstanding! They followed me to park my car and made sure I boarded immediately. The ride to the terminal was quick. Upon my return, I waited less than 5 minutes at pickup spot 18 before the shuttle arrived. The driver then took me directly to my car. I am so glad I found this place, I have been using him over a year..maybe 2 years. The prices obviously fluctuates but overall this is the BEST off site parking and it's still affordable under $15 a day. It's the best because it is literally 4 minutes from the time we leave the lot to terminal A without traffic or crazy driving. The drivers are friendly and help with the luggage. Plus they do their best to drop you off close to your car upon return.
Are their little glitches..sure, no place is perfect. Sometimes the gate gets weird when exiting or the pick up is a few extra minutes, but my car is safe, the ride is short, it's not expensive and most of all I'm safe. Mind you these things don't happen often.

Upon returning to pick up the car I called in, the dispatcher was very helpful and understanding, and sent a shuttle right away. Less 10 minutes was by the airport.

This was my first experience using Victoria Parking and it was great.
I paid online in advance and used the QR code to enter without any trouble. The lot was full but the valet service was great in taking my vehicle right away. A shuttle bus was already circling, and it picked me up in front of the office. The staff is on site 24/7 which I also liked and all were very friendly, quick and prompt. The total time with drop off and transfer to the airport was less than 15 minutes. (It’s about a 7 minute drive to the airport with other drop offs at other terminals before mine).
When I returned, I called the provided number, and they answered quickly, letting me know the bus was on its way. Within 10 minutes, I was back on the shuttle and returned to the lot. The driver helped with my luggage and my car was just as I left it in front of the office. It was truly the easiest and smoothest parking experience I've ever had and exceeded my expectations, I can’t wait to use Victoria again.

Great service. Easy to pull in and park. We barely had our luggage out of our vehicle and a bus pulled up loaded our luggage and we were off to the airport.
One small complaint, when checking out online there were over $20 in taxes added and that was not received until after we paid and checked out.

Perfect experience. I recently prepaid for 13 nights parking. QR code worked perfectly getting in and out of parking lot. Shuttle drivers picked me up and dropped me off near my car. Shuttle also quickly picked me up when I returned to airport. Self parking was also much better than leaving my keys like many of the other parking lots in the area. I ended up returning one day early. Much to my surprise Victory Parking refunded my credit card for one nights parking.

Shuttle was fast to airport, a little slow to get from airport to lot. Drivers were cool and helped with luggage both ways. We tipped them, others did not. Will use their lot again.

Reserved parking here for 5 days and I couldn’t be happier. We had an early departing flight arrived to the lot 4am, scanned the QR code at the gate, found a spot pretty easily and a shuttle was already waiting for passengers. Returning I was kind of nervous given some of the bad reviews stating they had to wait a while for a shuttle, so I called as soon as we got our luggage from the carousel. First time I called I got no answer so I called again immediately and they picked up on the second ring, told them I was ready at Terminal A for pickup, walked outside to the designated area and waited maybe 5 minutes at the most and we were on our way. Maybe we were lucky but the shuttles were on time and very helpful with loading/unloading luggage. Would book here again, the QR code system makes entering and leaving the lot super easy which was an added convenience, all in all good experience no complaints
