A great stay for the price! My room was comfortable and clean, with a microwave and fridge. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the airport shuttle was prompt in arriving for both pick-up and drop off. I'll definitely stay there again when passing through Charlotte!

The only thing missing is coffee in the room.I love Wyndham. This location in Charlotte, NC is very clean. Bed very comfy. Hotel staff is awesome. Also love the bar inside. Staying one more night of my 3 day booking. Thank you Wyndham.

They don't have phones in the room to call front desk and u have to go to the desk for anything u might need. I wanted my room cleaned and linen changed so I didn't put the do not disturb sign on the door when I left thru the day and had to go to front desk to get my own sheets to change myself. Still waiting on clean towels because apparently you should reuse towels for several days in a row here. Rooms are pretty nice except for fridges that have ice built up and won't close unless u thaw it out first but hallways smell musty.

Guest services were incredibly nice and rooms were clean and we had all the towels we could use. Would definitely stay here again. Location is great close to a lot of nice places and close to the airport

Good visit, issue with a guest when I was checking in but ladies at front desk remained professional and handled situation, nice clean room, lots of pillows!! That's a plus for me! Wished I'd known no drink vending on my floor, looked at coolers at front desk should have gotten few drinks there before going to room. Will definitely be back soon. Thanks to front desk for remaining professional while confronted by totally irrational guest. Strong women to take that abuse. Kudos to them

Maybe I came at the right time because I had a great experience with this hotel! Not like the other reviews I seen. The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. I think her name was Jessica; she made sure I had a 1st floor room since I did not want to walk far. she made sure my room was spotless. I did the glove test and walked around the room with glove on my hand touching multiple items and glove was clean. The maid service was great! The location is right off the highway. The only thing was the pool not working . But I enjoyed the Jacuzzi room and would stay here again.

Erika at the front desk was the most helpful, respectful, and sweetest person we could hope for. Our flight was canceled and the airline put us up there. By the time we got there we had a day for sure. We didn't have our luggage or supplies and she scrounged up toothbrush and toothpaste to help us out. She even offered to open the breakfast early if we needed. The rooms did need an upgrade for sure, but it was clean, comfortable, and safe. After our challenging day it was a soft place to land.

My husbands job put us up here a few months ago and when the project started again last week we were sent back...I wasn't looking forward staying here due to issues on the prior stay. Boy was I Big Time surprised at the difference this go round!!! The new staff here is much more suitable for a job in hospitality then the last time I was here. They are very friendly and accommodating, they actually seem to care. For example at checkout I was asked about my stay and asked to make a review - the last time they just took our keys and said "your all set" without looking up from their phone. The manager was in the lobby at check in, greeting the guest and telling us she was here for us if we had any issues, she told us she would be there for a few hours after check in if needed (we really felt like she wanted us to have a great stay). The rooms were pretty much the same but we did notice the whole building just looks cleaner and smelled fresher.

The shuttle driver John was absolutely excellent got us to the hotel safe and in a timely manner. The staff is delightful especially the manager Ella, she provided us with premium customer service and took great care of us. Definitely coming back for sure.

Fantastic overnight getting ready to go on a trip from the Charlotte Airport. Erica was phenomenally professional, and nice. Cheerfully checking us in and checking us out. Breakfast was ready early. Ron did a fabulous job with the airport transportation. I highly recommend this property.

I stay here a lot. The price is right but you get what you pay for. My room has always been clean and I've never seen a bug. Bar and breakfast service have been suspended until the mask rules are relaxed - soon I believe. As for the staff they've always been nice to me. My only gripe is the WiFi - it's a hot mess.

I was delighted at how friendly and attentive the front desk employees were. They were very helpful and the hotels lobby was very nice and clean. The outside of the building could use some updates. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel and the staff.

Friendly staff, quiet location, walking distance to restaurants, Costco, and light rail. The rooms, the gym, parking, and the pool are more than adequate. The Interstate is close, as is the airport (pick up and drop-off shuttle runs regularly). Whether for business or pleasure, short visit or long stay, this hotel is a safe bet.

The young lady dekendra was so funny! She had a great attitude and was very helpful. Even though the hotel stay wasn’t that well. I wouldn’t mind staying again as long as I’m greeted by her. Great customer service!

My team and I were in a pinch. We drove over 600 miles and the first hotel we checked in was beyond FILTHY. We found this beautiful, clean hotel with wonderful customer service! We are looking to come back to the area in a few months. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Great location , really pleasant stay, clean rooms , but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful generous with their time and advice . We travelled with two six year olds and lot of luggage and they helped us . It is one of the nicest places we stayed in our trip to the States

It was late and we were given a room key that did not work. The matter was quickly resolved with a return trip to the front desk. We waited over an hour for the shuttle from the airport. The shuttle to the airport was quick. The pool was green. I didn't notice anything nearby other than the highway.

Got the job done done to rest for the night. Not somewhere I'd choose for a longer stay... but for a descent price to split and it was right off the highway 👍 it worked.

However, when my friend got into her bed... it slid off the frame! Thankfully it wasn't broken, but made her not sleep well being worried it would happen again!

Wonderful stay on the second floor clean and quiet. This hotel is nothing fancy but if you are looking for affordable, clean quiet and decent this is the place. I booked last minute and took a chance on what I think was great for the price and quality. The check in process was the worst area for me as someone was holding up the line trying to reserve rooms through cheaper links after booking a reservation. I wish the host would have told her to step to the side assisted a few people to check in and then resolves her problems it was about a 30 minute wait. Very inconvenient when you pre booked everything prior to coming and you’re just looking to give a ID confirm a card and get your room key. That should be a 123 process. However the host was efficient at sharing the check out time and breakfast time. I would stay again if I stopped in the charlotte area. Thank you!

My company is opening a new store in Charlotte. As we are doing the preliminary setup, I needed to book a room for 3 days. I decided to choose a hotel that I had not stayed at before in the Wyndham family.



I must say that I was happy to have chosen Wyndham Garden. As I pulled in, access was easy and unobstructed. The parking lot was clean and the curb appeal was fresh. Upon entering the lobby to check in, I was greeted promptly with smiles by Chrissy and Passion.



The day before my arrival, I had received a monthly shot in my right eye. By the time I arrived in Charlotte, the discomfort of the shot and the amount of light I absorbed during the trip was nearly unbearable. Chrissy and Passion were very accommodating and did all they could to help with the pain I was enduring.



I got the pleasure of meeting Joe on my second day at the hotel. He was just as helpful and personable as Chrissy and Passion.



This is a great crew here that understands something about customer service that some service establishments disregard. I will book here again.

First of all I had stayed in quite a few different nice places in my life!! But I have never met anybody as professional, caring, downright friendly as Shorlanda Spencer the director of sales at the front desk!! As far as the room and everything that goes along with it absolutely without question the nicest most professional ran establishment I've has ever stayed at!!!! If you stay one time here you'll stay here forever!!

Ms.Shorlanda Spencer great problem solver, and have seen her multitask like no other, she gets the job done.. And literally going over and beyond to make sure the hotel is ran correctly. Even though we are wearing mask the energy of a big smile greets you when both checking in and out. Definitely awesome anytime I'm in Charlotte this is my preferred to book.

Older but updated hotel. Beds are very comfortable. Heating and air conditioning work wonderfully. The shower always has hot water. These are things important to me because I work for airlines and only have about 6 hours to sleep between shifts. I would highly recommend this hotel in the Charlotte area. I have stayed at many but this is my go to now.

No greeting upon entrance from the young Latina girl with the glasses, just a stare and a “yea?”…..but after that hump she was very nice, gave good advice about good eating spots and gave us a ground floor room. Room was nice and clean. I would return again and recommend.

Stayed here after our flight home was delayed. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean and their shuttle bus driver was great! He drove us to a restaurant nearby and picked us up too. They made our unexpected stay pleasant.

Overall average hotel. Bed was comfortable. Room nice size. Had a safe. No towel bars in bathroom. Hallways needed a little cleaning, aging hotel. Breakfast was your normal waffle, eggs, instant oatmeal, nothing to write home about.

The room needs some updating, which the hotel is undergoing.

This was an overnight stay due to flight delay and it was late at night.

The shuttle service worked, but given the number of guests, they could use a bigger van.

I am a new employee at the Wyndham. I’ve been here for a month. I can honestly say within this month things are turning around. Management is upgrading this hotel as fast as they possibly can. We have changed some of the staff members. We are upgrading the rooms. The ice machines are being fixed or changed. We have been spraying and painting and moving things around. every day, doing something different to make this hotel, a better place. I’ve seen and heard all of the problems and I assure you that they are being worked on! There is a constant upgrade going on every day that hopefully everyone will be able to see and feel. I am and will continue to do my best to make everyone feel comfortable and help with any issues. I am always available as a part of this team for the upgrade process. It is a better Windham every day.

I missed my flight so I decided to book a room. My shuttle bus driver from Sierra Leone West Africa was kind and courteous, and he had a great sense of humor. When I arrived, Vrund at the front desk was a huge help to me. He was patient and he worked with me when my credit card was having issues. They made my night smooth and simple. Would definitely recommend!

I enjoy this hotel. It feels safe?, it's clean, the people are friendly. I do, however, believe they might be missing out because of the deposit required. I feel as though repeat customers shouldn't have to pay a deposit. If I didn't have to pay a deposit, I could have stayed 2 nights. Economically, wouldn't it be better to get 2 room nights from a guest rather than one night and a deposit you refund. Just for repeat customers.

Overall, I can’t complain too much about my experience because I was able to stay here for free. I had an unexpected flight cancellation so United Airlines gave me free hotel accommodations and meal vouchers. The room was very clean so I have no complaints about the cleanliness. The first complaint I have is how hard the mattress feels and how there is no bath/shower soap—only shampoo, conditioner, and a facial soap. Other than that, my stay was good.

This is the most magnificent Wyndham hotel that I have had the pleasure of visiting during my New Years vacation. I was very impressed with the ambiance the the environment spirited. A warm feeling came over me from the time i stepped into the hotel and the professionalism of the staff was superb. Kudos to Ms. Spencer for keeping up a great facility with a fantastic staff. I now know where I will be spending my vacations in this area for now on. I highly recommend this Wyndham hotel to anyone looking for a special place with a great staff. 5 STARS across the board.

Not sure what all the negativity is about, we had a pleasant overnight stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, got us checked in quickly and we had no issues with our room. I guess people want to pay low prices and get 5 star accommodations is all I can figure. The room was large and clean with a fridge/freezer, microwave and large TV with all channels and the hot breakfast was nice. This place was nicer than most at this price, ones with communal microwave, no fridge and stale breakfast sandwiches. It served our purpose for the night and we jumped back on the road in the morning.

My stay was great. The workers were really nice. But didnt like when I first checked in it showed in my account then a week later it was taken out. Not sure why. I tried to get in touch with someone but got nothing. Never seen anything like that before.
