Ajax Airport Parking

Fantastic attention to customer service - I had to make a quick, unplanned trip which required me to leave quite early in the morning. When I arrived at 2:00am, I was still not awake, and mistakenly picked the wrong lot space number for my ticket. I was worried that my car might be ticketed or towed, but the driver not only reassured me he'd take care of it by writing a note in his log book, he also came back (after dropping me off at the airport) to put a note on my windshield, and helpfully put it in a plastic bag to keep it from being washed away in the rain.



This is EXCEPTIONAL customer service, and in all the years I've been parking at Ajax, this was by far the best thing that's happened to me.

My girlfriend and I both left our cars here during a trip back to the East Coast for the Christmas holiday, and I could not have been happier with the experience. It is easy to find and close to the airport. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport that comes quite promptly and has helpful drivers. The price is extremely cheap - a fraction of what it would cost to park at the airport - and there are often discounts available on top of that. Also, though the vehicles are parked outdoors, and it may not have the most extensive security measures in place, our cars were waiting for us in perfect condition upon our return.



All that said, I left the best for last. The staff there are amazing. I had the great fortune of dealing with a young man named Moe who bent over backwards to facilitate every step of the parking process. From making my reservation to finding a nearby gas station on the way out, he was friendly, professional and thorough. Whatever he is getting paid, they should double it right now because he is an amazing asset to that company. To Moe: Thanks for all of your help! To readers: I highly recommend Ajax Parking.

It was good and safe and staff were very friendly

We've parked here numerous times, several times leaving the car for over a week. It's a lot cheaper than other lots we've checked and there's never been a breakin or damage to our car. The drivers are always pleasant, last time we had a really pleasant exchange with the driver Roy, he's super friendly and warm, was refreshing to deal with him after a somewhat unpleasant flight. But all the drivers have been very friendly and prompt to pick us up no matter what hour. We feel very comfortable leaving our car here.
