WallyPark Airport Parking Valet (Boysen)

I want to give a shout-out to Gloria. She was a HUGE help to me on 11-8-19. I was out of state trying to make reservations on the website & it wasn't working the way I needed it to. When I called for help, Gloria went the extra mile for me & I really appreciated it. 🏆

We parked here for a few days. This was cheaper than masterpark and had reasonably good service. We parked our sequoia which is large and there was plenty of space for the SUV.

AMAZING service from this team, especially our driver Gloria! She went above and beyond to make sure the energy was up and that everyone was safe!

Came back from a trip with friends with plenty of luggage and immediately helped us and asked how everything went, definitely a nice quality to see when coming home!

Did not have to wait so long for the shuttle and it was quick! She had a full bus load heading for the garage but help us regardless and took us to the outdoor parking, fabulous customer service!!

Will 100% recommend the Wally Park outdoor self park to all my friends and family when traveling :-)

Must say, I was surprised at how easy it was to use this off site parking and shuttle. Just reserve online and go, it’s super easy. Knocking off one star because you get unceremoniously dropped off in a bit of a weird spot near airport parking. But the drivers we had coming and going seemed nice enough. Will use again.

Always a great experience with WallyPark at SeaTac. Very professional, quick car drop off and it's a quick ride from parking lot to terminal. Easy pick up when coming back, send a quick text and your car will be ready by the time you get to the lot. Always use WallyPark when I'm traveling.

Always book here for quick trips. Much cheaper than catching an Uber and convenient to have your car within minutes after a long day of travel! Pro tip: they will wash and clean interiors for a nominal fee just prior to your return! So nice to come home to a clean car and one less chore to have to worry about!

Drop off was easy, shuttle waiting to go right away! Pickup was just a text away, and my vehicle waiting as we drove up in the shuttle was amazing!

I've parked at many locations near SeaTac, but this is my new go-to. Shuttles seem to always be fast when you arrive, although they are not as frequent as other lots when waiting at the terminal. BUT, it sure is nice to have your car waiting for you when you get out of the shuttle...

I've been using Wally Parking self parking outdoors ones for some time and have found it reasonably priced and convenient. The driver comes to your parking spot to pick you up and drop off. So there's hardly any walking. The pickup is usually fine as long as you call in and request for a ride. Must look for the self park shuttle as there's a premier garage parking shuttle that's also Wally but they don't take you there. So we just need to be aware of that.



They also have discounts so ends up being quite reasonable. Drivers are helpful with loading and unloading luggage.

I recently moved to the Seattle area and had heard parking at SEATAC was a risky proposition. I returned from a trip around 8:30pm and just as I pointed out my vehicle to the driver, I noticed black plastic on the driver's window/windshield. We tend to immediately assume the worst. I was shaking mad. I got off the bus and opened the door expecting glass everywhere. Not a spec. Apparently, I must've rolled the window down and hopped on the shuttle three days earlier. The good people at WallyPark wanted to minimize any potential rain damage and put the plastic in the door jam. Great service and great people. I will be a loyal customer!! Thank you!!!

GET THE GROUPON TO SAVE $$$. This is a fantastic service to keep your car safe and/or have the convenience to park & fly. Pretty reasonable after the coupon and the staff is super friendly. They have a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the terminal as part of the service. You can even call ahead to have your car ready to drive before you take the shuttle back to Wallypark.

We had a problem with our reservation on the App. Mia or ( May) the employee at the office was an excellent help to solve the reservation. Her customers service kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding! She made my day!! Thank you!!

We love WallyPark’s Outdoor Lot! This was our first time parking in general so we had a lot of questions that Mai (??) was eager to answer—and didn’t make us feel like we were making a fool of ourselves lol. She was extremely sweet and accommodating since the moment she checked us in to the moment she was our shuttle driver to the airport! Yes, you heard that right. Talk about hard work. Mai’s customer service was something I’ve never encountered, she insisted on carrying each of our heavy luggages to the shuttle and even helped carry my newborn in his car seat when noticing I had packed a little too much to handle. And so thank you WallyPark we will be coming back again and really hope to see Mai there as well! 😊

Parked a truck camper here for 7 days (Wednesday to Wednesday). No issue on height restriction. No issues with the shuttle service. Parked in the way back of the lot (where the big trucks go). There were multiple other #vanlife vans and even a class B parked in this area, as well as ya bois and their lifted F-150s (compensating?). Nobody touched our truck or camper.



We got in 4 hours early and used our phone number to sign in because it was too early to use our QR code. Note: if you do this, use your QR code to "check out" (when you are leaving). If you use your phone number again, it will create a whole new reservation for you & prompt you to pay. I know because I accidentally did this - however, I contacted their support number 2 days after and it was super easy to delete the duplicate transaction.



Shuttle pickup from the airport was seriously slick. Just walked out to the shuttle area and texted their shuttle number, answered a couple text questions (probably automated), and they were there within 5 minutes. This was at 11:30pm. We didn't do pickup from the lot to the airport because it's only a 15 minute walk to the terminal and we had 4 hours to burn.



Would park again. It was around $150 total for the week, booked online.

I was not the consumer but the service was quite and friendly. I would use if situation required parking.

WallyPark makes it VERY EASY to travel at a VERY BUSY airport! Travelling over the holidays was crazy at SeaTac, but WallyPark (and their reservation system) saved the day for my family! Every other parking place was booked solid (including WallyPark) but because I had a reservation I had a place to park! I will ALWAYS use WallyPark at SeaTac!

Good experience all around. Easy check in and check out, and I was able to find a spot easily. The shuttle was quick for both drop-off and pickup and quiet comfy as well. The only issue I encountered was the website being extremely slow while making a reservation.

This was my first time parking at the outdoor lot. The lot is a bit rough, but it did the job. The woman working and the drivers were friendly and helpful.

Friendly service and helpful drivers. Follow instructions they give and text as your flight lands, and your car will be there when shuttle bus arrives.
