Fast, easy to work with. You do have to take a shuttle from the airport, but the pick-up time was speedy and the price difference compared to the on-site rentals was super worth it. I had to call them once or twice for a question and both times a person not a machine answered to help me. I would recommend buying the Toll Pass, my wife and I were hesitant for a moment, but after just a couple days of driving the convenience of having it was well worth it. Positive experience, great price! Would 100% rent a car there again.

This car rental company was A-1 for me and my family they were prompt at picking us up. You must call while you’re walking to get your luggage. I hired a car from this company 6 weeks ago and have just been travelling flat out since then, hence the delayed review! We had a great experience with this company. I have a VIP card with one of the big rental companies but decided to give these guys a try as the price seemed attractive. It ended being slightly more than advertised! Not a big deal as we had great service from them, got a great car. I did not know that they picked you up at Orlando airport so we took an Uber to them! Not a big deal but will know for next time! When we returned the car they were again very helpful and drove us immediately to the airport in our rental car so we did not even have to transfer all our luggage!

I had a great experience renting from this company May of 2024. I had a great Toyota Camey that was clean and got GREAT gas mileage. The rental process was easy and took minimal time. The desk agent (wish I had his name, but I picked up May 22) was very friendly and even offered me free bottled water! The shuttles were promt with friendly drivers. The overall experience was pleasant with Carwiz. Although, before I go further, I would like to warn car renters that Florida has an ubiquitous tollway system called SunPass. The daily rental fee for one of Carwiz's tollway transponders is $20 (which quickly got knocked down to $10). Asking questions about the toll system and fines and penalties, etcetera, did not give me an understanding that I felt comfortable enough to drive away a rental without a transponder. I most likely paid more for a service I could have paid less for if I had contacted SunPass prior to my trip and talked with them about my options. In my quick internet search of the toll system and rental cars I believe there is a prepay service you can set up that, depending on how you'll be using the vehicle, may cost less than the daily transponder fee Carwiz charges.
However, all of that out of the way, they did a fantastic job of picking me up at the airport. The driver pulled up to the designated spot but drove away because I did not approach the vehicle. A quick call to the company and the van returned in less time it takes for me to write about it. I was quickly delivered to the car lot. The check-in service was about average. The whole thing probably took longer because I wanted to not pay so much for the tollway transponder, but ignorance is typically costly. The car sat for most of the trip. The few short trips it drove were enjoyable! The return process was easy. The keys were simply left on the counter, and the card I left on file was charged the agreed upon price. I was shuttled back to the airport terminal, and my experience with Carwiz was complete. Overall, Carwiz is an economical and reliable option for car renting. I do recommend researching costly fees and how to avoid them. Doing so should increase the pleasantness and satisfaction of the car renting experience.

Lee was friendly, professional, and honestly made me feel like I’d been a Carwiz customer for years. It was quick, easy, and—dare I say—pleasant.
