Ramada Plaza Hotel (LAX)

Conveniently located near the airport and off of the highway. The TV in the room didn't work and WiFi coverage in the room was terrible to non-existent.



There's a nice restaurant and bar located on the ground floor. The parking garage has several open spots.

Did not have any of the negative experiences stated in other reviews.



Front desk was extremely courteous and accommodating of a last minute early check in.



5 stars based on the $97 per night rate -- quick hop to Manhattan Beach etc.

We got into LAX late at night and left for a roadtrip in the morning. This hotel was right by our car rental agency and the airport. It served our very limited needs and desires for the small amount we were willing to pay, and it even had a pool for a quick swim in the morning. The parking garage seemed to be quite sketchy, but it did have a security guard nearby. We had no issues during our 10-hour stay.

Outstanding value. The room and beds are comfortable. I will stay here again.

Hotel is nice. There's on-site parking. The tvs us a 32in. It could be bigger like 42in. Tvs are not expensive. Bathroom is outdated with the wall paper and tiles. Overall it's a nice hotel. It just need a little bit of renovation.

Really dependent on what room you get and how much the front desk cares. When I checked in, the concierge wouldn't book me at first since I was co-listed with my brother but my name was on the reservation. I told him to then just cancel that reservation and book me right here. Got a room next to the pool that was functioning. However, there was a large pool party the next night that had music blasting past 11pm. I asked the front desk to shut the party down but he complained that he only made minimum wage and didn't have the motivation to do that. But he gave me a new room away from it and that was better. Wish there was more respect from the staff for where they worked at.

The rooms were clean. There was no cable tv so i had to look at local analog channels. Also there is no breakfast or room service. Parking can be scarce in the evening due to most spots being for compact cars. There are lots of restaurants nearby if you need a quick bite to eat. I was just in town for 3 nights, so the room served its purpose for the most part.

this place! decent parking look. past the lobby and inside there is a nice sitting area for relaxing, having lunch. the maid service didn't stop by as much, but the place gives you privacy. nice place to relax and mellow out. Honestly I had a good experience here! We stayed two nights! Obviously you’re getting what you paid, right? So it was fine, everything worked good in the bathroom, free Parking. The only thing I’d say is the carpet in the room. Isn’t the best, smells like cigarette but other than that is okay! You get what you pay for.

The people in the reception are friendly and help you with anything

I guess this hotel really isn’t set up to be all that. I’m not super happy about this review the more I think I about it. After a long crowded flight, I couldn’t shower because there was an issue with the water. Had to wait 2 hours before getting in there. There were only 3 towels for 2 people occupying a room with 2 beds. It just looks so crumby. I’m sorry. HOWEVER, bringing the issues to the front desk was handled very well; they have an amazing but very short staff. Things are getting done and it’s really not that bad. It’s been super clean in the room since me and my friend got here. Nothing is ever a hassle.

Love this place!! The staff were incredibly nice and friendly. There is a mini fridge and even a microwave. I loved the pool and the service was wonderful.

The property is showing its age, but the room was comfortable, had many amenities, and the property was clean and quiet. The staff was nice and very attentive to any needs. We would definitely stay there again.

Honestly i had a great stay at this ramada location. The front desk was helpful and the rooms didnt disappoint. Atm available in the front and i believe there is a restaurant connected but i didnt get to try them out. Deposit required. Rooms were comfy and spacious. Had a nice view of the area beside the airport. Wifi works here and there werent any problems in the room. Overall 4 stars. They worked with me during my trip and this location didnt disappoint

Stayed here for 4 nights and honestly had a great time. It’s a little outdated but beds were big and comfortable, the pool was great, rooms were clean, elevators are a little slow tho, but either than that I enjoyed my stay here. Definitely recommend if you need a reasonably priced place to stay At.

Stayed here roughly 20 nights over a 3 months time span. Great customer service and friendly restaurant/bar with decent food!! Again staff make you feel very welcome and are always accommodating. Will return when I the area.

We were able to check in early, but the toilet was a slowwwww flush, and the shower leaked all over the floor. The Service guest help was great though. The hotel is just getting old

Nice hotel love my window view can see LAX quick to get the 405 nothings open because of covid but cool little spot

🤣🤣🤣at all the reviews! Man I love this place! Parking is convenient, location is safe. Never had a problem here I've stayed here every summer for the last 3 years. Near the airport. Rooms are clean, and are EXACTLY how they are portrayed online. 4 floors, 2 working elevators, 2 level parking garage. Swimming pool! Courtyard!🔥‼️

TV channels suck, rooms are outdated, had a stopped up sink when I 1st arrived, but I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Very quiet clean pool nice staff pleasant room was big breakfast complimentary and good theres vending machine location near airport but not much around. Dennys across street. There are other food options around. Would definitely stay again. Got there at 1pm. Check in at 3. They tried to charge $30 for early check in i just waited till 3pm

Staff here are super nice. There is quite a bit of traffic (especially in the weekends). Special shout out to the front desk staff... They have been more than accommodating with my request. ***TIP YOUR HOUSEKEEPER***

It was a nice place. We had to move rooms after our second night but it wasn't a problem. Bedbug free in both of the rooms we stayed in so that was excellent! There was a pool good enough for the kids also a beautiful water feature. There's also a restaurant on the lobby floor. Didn't get to eat there but seem nice. There's a parking garage and that was icing on the cake not having to worry about our vehicle. Can't forget the incredible staff. Way to go on picking your team! Everyone-front desk, housekeeping and maintenance were just super nice and friendly. If we ever visit California again I'm heading straight back to book at your hotel. Thank you!

I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating! I think it's super cute, conveniently located, and had good amenities. Especially since I believe this may actually be considered a motel.



The check in was quick and easy (I checked in early even.) And most importantly, MY ROOM WAS CLEAN. It's an older building, so it has a vintage charm to it in my opinion. Kinda like Mad Men lol. The lobby especially has this classy vintage appeal.



My room had a great view of a cute little neighborhood, and I can see the planes taking off from LAX! The bathroom was super cute and spacious. And the pool area was quite nice! I don't think my pictures do the pace any justice to be honest.

Stayed on the weekend. The bar was the best and the room was good. Plus free parking. Good safe location. I left my watch In the room and they returned it. Love this place. I been in Many hotels and this one was the best. Had a refrigerator and a microwave.
