we had no problems with this parking lot. rather good service and they garaged our vehicle for a scheduled week, then an extra two following days midweek and the extra two days didn’t result in much charge ($35).

I parked there a week and it was $170; that threw me, I was expecting less. That said, they are very nice, and curtesy is the name of game. I felt my car was safe from harm. So a little more than I was expecting, but since it was an overall great experience ( as great as parking can be!) I’m okay with it. To park somewhere else, it might be $50 less, but then I might be worried...

Who knew there’s such a great parking service in lAX. As we arrive we noticed at least 5 workers in uniform jackets ready to welcome us, help and direct us. Parking was fast and easy, very organized and clean facilities, coffee and restrooms. Keeping your car safe by separating the parking spaces with plastic. But the best part was the shuttle. The car was waiting there for us ready to leave when we are. When we arrived back from our trip and went to shuttle pick up, the car was there after 30 seconds (lucky us). Wow!!!!

Whenever I travel, I always park here and head to the airport. It was past midnight when I returned from my trip and went back to the parking lot. Later, I found out that the driver picked up people going to different parking lots and made two extra stops along the way. It was already late, and without any explanation, he changed the route as he pleased, dropping off my wife and me last. He didn't say a word the entire time and was only focused on getting his tip at the end.

Bit on the pricey side.... but that's all lax parking... has a shuttle to and from airport runs every 5 or 10 minutes....parking stalls have dividers between them ..I'm guessing to keep the other cars from hitting yours and avoid door dings???aside from price great place to leave your car and has a shuttle with nice drivers!👍

Quick and easy parking. Shuttles run continuously to LAX. Staff make you feel important an, until the pandemic, there was Starbucks coffee and bottled water available. Extra services you don't think are important until they are: my battery had died and I went to office to tell them I was calling to have AAA jump it, and they said "We can do that for you. Where are you parked?" Did I mention this was at 1 a.m.? So instead of waiting possibly hours on AAA to get to me, I was out in less than 30 minutes. I am a solid Wally Park fan now, no doubt.

Parked my Tesla there for 2 days. Very secure and well-lit location. I'm very satisfied with my experience. I recommend the valet + EV charging if you have an EV and you are going for a short trip. The gentlemen at valet will plug in your car while you're gone and top off the charge. Very convenient. Have been there twice and never had a problem.

You get a scan code and use that code during your entrance and exit to the parking structure. The space between the cars are reasonable and there is a special driver that prevents your car get scratched.
The shuttle is in first floor and runs frequently to the airport. However, it does not go to arrivals any longer. They pick and drop at departure terminals only.

I have been using this service since last year and so far it has not failed me in any way. Starting off, the facilities look clean and I always find a parking space. Another positive point is the side protection of cars when parking. I have had the opportunity to use the bathroom services, they look neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. The drivers are friendly and helpful, always helping to carry suitcases and I can't find any negative points about driving. They inform about pick-up points and are proactive in getting cars ready with the valet service prior to arrival at the parking lot. It shows that they have good administration.

When I arrived, Julio was the first to greet me and made sure my car was parked in a great spot. He demonstrateD excellent customer service and orientation. My car is a relatively new 2023 VW ID4, and the location allowed my car to not be bumped and dinged in anyway. I am very happy and will use Wally Park LAX Premier without hesitation again. And... Had a disappointing experience with Wally Park LAX. Ive used them several times before and theyve always been great. But last weekend I used them and wanted to try out their car wash service so I had a clean car when I came back. When I arrived back at LAX I returned to a dirty car. Asked to speak to speak to a manager (Bryce) to see what happened and all I was told was my car got cancelled even though their carwash guy was there that morning. Bryce then takes down my number and says that the car wash guy will call me to schedule a car wash to be done at my house. 1 week later, today, and still no response. Disappointing experience to order a service, not get it done and most importantly no effort from management to make it right.
Use Wally park to just park, but beware of using their additional services and cross your fingers it gets done

Decent rates and shuttle run regularly. Make sure you have plenty of time before your flight. Even though the shuttles run consistently sometimes you can wait 15-20 min for pick up and the ride to the airport, while short in distance, can take some time due to traffic at lax. It took me 40 min to get from my car to the airport, 15 min wait for the shuttle and almost 20 min to get to the curb.

We arrived at LAX economy parking and found out the lot was full, we ended up at WallyPark. The overall experience was really positive for me and my family of 4. The employees were very helpful and nice, the facility and shuttles were clean and safe. Both shuttles we took arrived/departed within a minute or two of when got to them. Only struggle was finding the correct area to wait for the shuttle in LAX (2nd level above baggage claim). We were able to get the pickup info from the WallyPark app which also has a feature that you can call for a shuttle, they responded within seconds of my text but I ended up not needing it because before I responded the shuttle arrived. The payment process is different than I’m used to, no tickets are given, you just insert your credit card when you arrive and again when you leave to be charged. Which obviously helps avoid lost tickets. My daughter wanted me to tell the shuttle driver (Terry) “thank you very, very, very, very, very much!” So hopefully this gets back to him!

I have encountered him as our shuttle driver a couple of times and he knows how to get us travelers to the terminals on time ….he always goes out of his way to help load the luggage’s and is always in great spirits . The valet option is the easiest way to park. Paid in advance, barcode sent to phone, scan to enter at gate then just drop your car in front of shuttle stop. The valets are extremely helpful and will load your bags. We never have to wait for the shuttle.
Text "Valet" when we returned and the car was ready to go. Shuttle took about 10 mins to pick us up. Scanned barcode to exit. Done.

It was a fine experience. Easy to find - unlike actual LAX parking. There were plenty of open parking spots. $19/day. The shuttle service to the airport was fast. When we got home, it took a long time for a shuttle to get to us. We ended up calling because we had seen literally every other shuttle and the spots shuttle 3 times. They did finally show up. Also, this is not the same shuttle as the Wally park shuttle - a little misleading when waiting for shuttles. Overall, not bad.
